Gamma radiography: The Gamma rays that are emitted from the nuclear itself are produced by radioisotope. We do the process of activation and these are used in industrial radiography like Iridium 192 and Cobalt 60.

Magnetic Particle testing (MT) is a versatile inspection method used for field and shop applications. It is essential for the particles to have an unimpeded path for migration to both strong and weak leakage fields. Two types of magnetic fields can be established within the specimen.
The advantages of magnetic particle inspection include:

Liquid Penetrant Testing
Catch NDT services offers flexibility in performing inspections because it can be applied in a large variety of applications ranging from automotive spark plugs to critical aircraft components.
Temperatures from 27 to 49oC (80 to 120oF) are reported in the literature to produce optimal results. The quality of a penetrant inspection is highly dependent on the quality of the penetrant materials used. Only products meeting the requirements of an industry specification, such as AMS 2644, should be used.
The main advantages of Penetrant testing are:

3. Large areas or large volumes of parts/material can be inspected rapidly and at low cost

Visual testing
Visual Testing (VT) is used to detect visible flaws such as deformation, welding defects and corrosion. Many tools can be used during the inspection such as a ruler, gauges, cameras, etc. It allows for a feasible and fast control of quality at every step of the fabrication or maintenance process.
Remote visual inspection (RVI) is a nondestructive technique that permits a user to visually inspect an area that has no direct visual access. 3D scanner inspection and the application of 3D technology are new techniques that were introduced in various areas, such as the inspection of surfaces and metrology.
